Marketing Administrator / Account Executive (Part Time)


Location:

Shedfield, Hampshire (office-based)


Salary:

£24,000 per annum pro rata
(Flexible working hours – initially school hours)


Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday
09:30 – 14:30 (flexibility available for the right candidate)

Halo Marketing is an established, independent marketing agency with over 13 years’ experience, supporting clients across a wide range of sectors. We pride ourselves on building long-term client relationships, delivering practical marketing solutions and working collaboratively as a close-knit team.


As our client base continues to grow, we’re looking for an organised and proactive Marketing Administrator to support our Account Management team with the day-to-day running of client marketing activity.


The Role

This is an entry-level position, ideal for someone looking to begin or develop a career in marketing within a supportive agency environment.

You will work closely with the Account Management team, providing administrative and practical marketing support across multiple clients.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Social Media Scheduling
  • Scheduling posts using Metricool
  • Occasional light content writing or amending copy where required
  • LinkedIn Support
  • Connecting clients with their target audience based on agreed criteria
  • Logging connection requests, acceptances and follow-up messages
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports of activity
  • Reporting & Admin
  • Producing basic performance reports
  • Updating internal trackers and client logs
  • Supporting general account administration tasks
  • Design Support
  • Using Canva to create or update simple social media graphics and marketing materials
  • General Agency Support
  • Assisting the Account Management team with day-to-day tasks
  • Helping ensure client marketing activity runs smoothly and on schedule


Skills & Experience


Essential:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence using Microsoft tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
  • Good written communication skills
  • Comfortable working across multiple tasks and clients

Desirable (but not essential):

  • Experience using MetricoolLinkedIn, or Canva
  • Interest in marketing or social media
  • Previous administrative or office experience


Full training will be provided.
