- Provide friendly, professional support and clear communication at all times.
Campaign & Project Delivery
- Coordinate marketing projects end-to-end, ensuring work is delivered on time and to quality standards.
- Work with internal teams (design, content, social, digital) to brief work effectively.
- Ensure project documentation, timelines, and deliverables are clear and up to date.
- Support with creative review cycles, feedback, and approvals.
Strategic Support & Growth

- Strong communication skills — confident written and verbal communicator.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks with a positive, organised approach.
- Comfortable working with internal teams to coordinate delivery.
- Proactive problem-solver with a “can-do” attitude.
